Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•Marlena Flores, Northwood Drive, Huntingdon, bound over on aggravated burglary, assault-physical contact, vandalism.

•Romello N. Foster, Williams Street, Paris, bound over on schedule VI drugs – manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess; possession of a firearm with intent to go armed-dangerous felon.

•Amber C. Walker, Main Street, McKenzie, bound over on charge of aggravated burglary, assault-physical, vandalism.

The following cases resulted in a guilty verdict or plea:

•Mary Elizabeth Crews, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, driving while canceled, two days jail, unsupervised probation for five months; dismissed charges of driving on roadway laned for traffic, registration expired, violation of financial responsibility.

•Charles Cursey, Tara Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of evading arrest, 180 days in custody, 5 months and 29 days unsupervised probation; dismissed, failure to appear.

•Danielle Deluna, Red Oak Road, Waverly, guilty, reckless driving, $350 fine, two days jail, unsupervised probation.

•Rebecca Jean Evans, Highway 77, Atwood, guilty, disorderly conduct, $50 fine; failure to appear, 15 days jail.

•Bryan L. King, Green Valley Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, probation violation, 90 days jail, supervised probation for eight months, forfeit brass knuckles.

•Wesley Garland Lawrence, Johnson Road, Atwood, guilty, domestic assault-second offense, $350 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation for 10 months 29 days; dismissed charge of interfering with emergency call.

•Michael Marion, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, domestic assault, supervised probation, no contact with victim, complete anger management.; dismissed, violation of order of protection.

•William Curtis Milton, Booker Street, McKenzie, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine, supervised probation for 11 months, 30 days in jail, must complete in-person rehab; dismissed charge of driving while suspended.

•Justin Lee Oliver, Atwood Street, Trezevant, guilty, driving while license canceled, 10 days jail, six months unsupervised probation; dismissed charge of theft.

•Ryan C. Pierce, Oakland Kentucky, guilty, failure to appear, $100 fine; dismissed, violation of order of protection.

•David Matthew Quinn, Mockingbird Avenue, Henry, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, lose license for one year, attend DUI driving school; dismissed charge of implied consent, expired registration, violation of financial responsibility, violation of light law.

•Stephen Isaac Rougeou, Robinson Levee Road, McKenzie, guilty, probation violation, 120 days in jail; dismissed, assault-physical contact, dismissed vandalism.

•Aaron Frederick Benson, Bath Springs, Tenn., dismissed, aggravated burglary, vandalism, domestic assault.

•Bryan King, Green Valley Drive, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of prohibited weapon, failure to appear.
