Warrant

•A warrant has been filed against Adam Stanley Young, 38, of 7510 Highway 104, Cedar Grove, for allegedly stealing gas from a local business.

According to the report by Deputy Frank McGee, he went to a convenience store in Leach on Aug. 22 after receiving a call about a gas drive-off. Through video surveillance and further investigations, McGee identified the person responsible as Young. McGee sent a message to Young to come to that business and pay for the gas, but Young did not take care of the matter for five days. After finding out where Young was staying, McGee went to that address. McGee saw Young on the front porch when he drove up, but Young immediately went inside the residence and would not come to the door. McGee then filed a warrant against Young.
