Carroll County General Sessions

The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury last week in Carroll County General Sessions Court:

•David Lee Burse, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, bound over on failure to appear, theft, possession of a weapon by convicted felon, possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended.

•Michael Fulcher, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over on sexual battery.

•Lauren Goodrum, Rimmer Road, Atwood, bound over on charge of allowing dog to run at large.

•David Justin Matheny, Main Street, Atwood, bound over on charge of Schedule VI drugs- manufacture, deliver, sell, possession.

•Nicholas Simmons, High Street-also listed as Thorne Lane, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of disorderly conduct, probation violation, theft of property.

•Amber Thacker, Magnolia Ave., McKenzie, bound over on charge of Schedule I drugs – manufacturing, deliver, sell or possession, possession of drug paraphernalia,

•Thomas Douglas Ward, Allen Street, Bruceton, bound over on aggravated assault, violation of order of protection, especially aggravated stalking, reckless endangerment, aggravated criminal trespass, violation of order of protection-possession of firearm, harassment.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

•Tracey Binion, Spring Street, Huntingdon, guilty, driving while canceled, $250 fine, supervised probation.

•Blake Andrew Damesworth, Beaver Canal Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, simple possession/casual exchange, $250 fine; guilty of unlawful drug paraphernalia, $150 fine; guilty, violation of financial responsibility, $100 fine; dismissed, driving unregistered vehicle; dismissed charge of driving while canceled.

•Rebecca Fant, Burlington Cove, Jackson, guilty, simple possession, $750 fine, 10 days jail, supervised probation.

•John Forrest, Highway 230, Only, Tenn., guilty, probation violation, 10 days jail, probation extended eight months; dismissed, resisting arrest, criminal trespass.

•Stacy Ann Guerrero, South Poplar St., Paris, guilty, unlawful drug paraphernalia, theft, $150 fine, 11/29 probation; dismissed, possession of meth.

•Michael Stephen Laisle, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, indecent exposure with victim under 13, $250 fine, supervised probation, 45 days in jail.

•David Peery, Oakwood Drive, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, dismissed, failure to appear.

•Joseph Michael Rogers, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, dismissed, probation violation.

•Jennifer Wilson, Firetower Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed, probation violation.

•Rebecca Anne Wortham, Voss Lane, Huntingdon, dismissed, probation violation.
